Q: When do I have to pay for my lesson?
A: We preferred if you paid for your lesson when you book with us, but you can pay by cash when you arrive at the lesson.
Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept cheque payments. Sorry.
Q: Can I pay by Debit Card or Credit Card?
A: Yes we do accept card payments, but you cannot pay by card after the lesson. All card payments must be made before the lesson so we can notify the teacher that you have paid.
Q: Where are the lessons held?
A: Usually within one of the city centre studios so that all students can reach it by public transport. But if you prefer to have your lesson somewhere else please notify the teacher beforehand
Q: What about the songwriting/Pro Tools/Music Theory classes, where are they held?
A: They are usually held in a city centre hotel boardroom, so that it is easily accessible, a comfortable environment and accommodates for a whole class
Q: Do I need supervision during my lesson if I am underage?
A: If you are under 16 years of age you will need a parent present ONLY if you are having the lesson at home. If you are having the lesson at the studio this is not necessary.
